If you follow me on instagram you will have already seen and heard the news but the pins arrived yesterday morning! They look awesome (pictures and videos below) and now I am finishing up unwrapping and sorting them all, then I'll grade them which I should finish by the weekend and begin sending them out asap! I sent out the order locking announcement yesterday so from that time you have 48 hours to change your order before it will be locked on backerkit, once orders are locked I'll charge cards and get to work on shipping things out! 

Domestic packages will likely take a day or two to be delivered but could have delays due to USPS still being a mess, international packages could take up to a couple of weeks potentially. I will update again as soon as I have sent out all the packages. 

Thank you again for all the support! I will list the leftovers on Etsy as soon as everything is sent off.

Manufacturing finished should arrive next week

Brief but exciting update today: the pins are finished! My manu sent me a picture of one of them the other day and while manu photos have horrible lighting the pin looks great. The pins should be shipped to me in the next two days and take 3-5 days to be delivered. Then comes the hard part: sorting and grading 300 pins. I will be locking backerkit orders next Saturday the 27th  (which also happens to be my birthday!) and charging cards on the 31st as well. Once pins are sorted and graded I will begin to send out rewards!

Smoke Test Surveys Sent/Backerkit Guide! (READ ME)

Hi everybody, 

Over the next 24 hours, only a few 'smoke test' surveys will be sent out - this means the survey will be sent to a handful of random backers  from various pledge levels to ensure there are no issues with our  BackerKit page or any typos/other problems before things are sent out to everyone. Provided everything works as it should, links to surveys  will be sent out to everyone else after that and I'll post another  update by the end of the week to let you know when the remaining links  have gone out. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folders if you can't find the survey email.

Please submit your survey response by March 15th at the latest, I can accept address changes right up until I ship rewards but you will not be able to change your reward selection after this date when I lock responses. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey,  just the survey link. If you used Facebook to log in to your Kickstarter  account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for  your Facebook account. If you need me to change the email address your  BackerKit survey is linked to, please let me know by sending me a message via kickstarter, instagram, or email. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. You can go back later and change your responses at any time before I lock in the surveys.  If you need to double-check your responses or pledge status, you can  return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email again.

Your survey will be based on the pledge tier you've selected in the  Kickstarter. For this guide, I'll be using the holographic sticker tier as an  example and pretend I pledged the exact amount. If  you added extras via Kickstarter or if you were entitled to any freebies  because of your pledge level, they will automatically be reflected in  your survey. You do not need to add the free sticker to  your pledge, for example. 

Once you click "Get Started!" you will be asked to select the pins/stickers that you've pledged for, you will  also be asked to choose which designs you'd like if you pledged for a pin or pins.

In this case, I do not need to select anything so I will just continue to the add ons section. 

After you've made your choices, you'll be taken to the add-on stage. On the top right corner under "Pledge Level", you will see the items you've selected. If you qualify for any freebies, they will appear here so you do not need to add them. Any extra money you pledged on Kickstarter which has not been assigned  to a reward will show as "Credit Remaining" on the right-hand side in  green. Below that under "Add-ons" is where any additional items you add using  BackerKit will show. The add-ons page means that you can still take  advantage of the Kickstarter discount pricing if you decide you want to  add additional items, plus many of my in-store pins and a pre-order pin are in there at a reduced  price too!

On the following page ("Shipping"), you can fill out your address. You will be able to change your address right up until I am ready to ship rewards out. I'll post an update a few days before I start shipping things out to  give backers enough time to make any changes to their address if needed.

On the final page, you will be able to input your credit card details  for any additional add-on items you may have added that were not covered  by your Kickstarter pledge. If you didn't add any extras, you just need  to hit "Place My Order" and I've got your survey response! Cards will not be charged for any extras added using BackerKit until 3-4 weeks before rewards are shipping out, so sometime in late March or early April.

We Did It!! Thank you everyone!

We did it!

The campaign just finished before my eyes at 170% funded! We have unlocked 2 pins (with a third option due to how patreon pin club worked out this year) and a freebie sticker for everyone so I wanted to thank all of you for the incredible support with this project. Thank you to those who pledged for pins and those who shared and supported on social media, I could not have done it without you. So, thank you!

What now???

Over the next day or two Kickstarter will attempt to collect your pledge for the project, if your card declines you are given 7 days down to the second to fix your info, so if that happens to you call your bank ASAP! Often times it happens with international projects (I've been there before- its a quick fix) If you do not fix your info in time Kickstarter will drop you from the project :( After all that is over and done with it takesn Kickstarter 2 weeks to send me the funds. I have been proactive earlier in the month and already ordered the pins as it was seeming like there would not be a group of 300+ backers out of nowhere, now I will just need to order the pin specific backing cards once I have backerkit surveys back. I am currently finalizing the survey and working on getting a preorder store set up for those who missed the campaign before getting the survey approved and sent off. 

Backerkit- What's That?

Backerkit is a service used by creators to help manage pledges for kickstarter, it allows me to clearly see what people pledged for, any add ons they chose, and allows me to have a place for you to pick things from the shop too. The survey is currently being finalized before it will be sent to Backerkit for review, and if there are no issues it will be sent out as soon as it has approval. Keep an eye on your inbox in the coming weeks and please try to fill it out sooner rather than later! I will post another update here once surveys have been sent.

Final 24 Hours!

We now are in the final 24 hours of the campaign! Thank you so so much for helping me make this project a success and hello to all the new friends who have joined the party in the past couple of days- I'm so glad you are here. Once the campaign ends we begin to two week wait for funds as I work on getting surveys finalized. I will be using backerkit for surveys, more info on what that is and how you use it to come soon. Manufacturers are still on vacation but should be back within a week or so and they have already begun proofing the designs as I paid for the order already when we unlocked the pins. In these last 24 hours or so here is a reminder to please tell your friends about the project if you think they might be interested! Every little bit helps me get this collection made :)

I will be listing leftover pins and stickers on my etsy after fulfillment and grading is finished.
